Little Stuart was found in an emaciated and starving condition by animal rescuers. They took him to a vet immediately. The pup weighed just 1.8 pounds when his ideal weight should have been about 4 or 5 pounds. The dog handlers treated him like a Chihuahua because of his weakened body but he was actually a bulldog.
Stuart struggled to stay alive for the first couple of days and repeatedly lost consciousness. He recuperated at the vet’s place for five days and gradually gained some strength to stand up. Then, foster mom, Susan took him to her home. The tiny pup slept a lot during the first few days, but soon became an energetic pet who frolicked around the house.
Soon, Stuart grew into a strong and fine bulldog. Susan’s brother Shane took a liking to Stuart and adopted him. The pet dog has a great time with Shane who takes him around in his car during his work.
Stuart enjoys himself in the dog park near Shane’s house. The bulldog has a lot of canine friends there including a girlfriend named Blakely. Stuart is very spoiled and very happy with Shane and enjoys every moment of his life.
